full-time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Associate to support the administration and processing of payments for our WOW Ambassador Program. This is an excellent part-time, entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting, finance, payments, or business operations while working in a hybrid environment. The role is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets, and able to follow established processes with accuracy. What You'll Do Assist with processing and tracking WOW Ambassador payments Review payment information for accuracy and completeness Maintain organized payment records and spreadsheets Assist with reconciliations and identify payment discrepancies Enter and update financial information in internal systems Communicate with internal team members regarding payment questions or missing information Support basic accounting and administrative activities Maintain confidentiality of financial and payment-related information What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic understanding of numbers and spreadsheets Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Organized and able to follow established processes Strong communication skills Reliable and able to work independently Previous accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required Students, recent graduates, and candidates seeking part-time professional experience are encouraged to apply Compensation & Schedule $16 per hour 20 hours per week Hybrid schedule: 2 days in our Kearny, NJ office and 3 days remote Part-time position with consistent hours Why Join Us?
