Connected Logistics Inc., is seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to support our growing freight brokerage operations. This role is responsible for managing carrier payments, customer invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure strong cash flow.

Responsibilities:

Process and verify carrier invoices (BOLs, PODs, Rate Confirmations) Ensure timely carrier payments Generate and submit customer invoices Monitor aging reports and follow up on collections Reconcile discrepancies with carriers and customers Support month-end closing processes

Qualifications:

2+ years AP/AR experience (freight or transportation preferred) Knowledge of load documentation Experience with TMS and accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel) Strong attention to detail and organization Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Pay:

$8.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
