Accounts Payable Specialist Salary:
$50,000-$60,000 About the Role We're seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing and collaborative accounting team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting the organization's overall financial operations. Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation. Prepare and execute weekly check runs and electronic payments. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies. Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive working relationships. Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations. Maintain organized accounts payable records and ensure compliance with internal controls. Support special projects and process improvements within the accounting department. What We're Looking For 2+ years of accounts payable experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience working with accounting or ERP systems. #INSEP2026
