Accounts Payable Specialist Conshohocken, PA | Hybrid (WFH Mon/Fri | In Office Tues-Thurs) Direct Hire | $70,000-$75,000 A growing organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its corporate accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with 2-3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term career growth.

Responsibilities:

Process full-cycle accounts payable in a high-volume environment Manage vendor relationships, W-9s, and annual 1099 reporting Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations Participate in month-end close activities Process employee expense reimbursements and payment runs Resolve invoice discrepancies and identify process improvements

Qualifications:

2-3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and GAAP Strong Excel skills (PivotTables and VLOOKUPs) Experience with a large ERP system (Workday preferred) Bachelor's degree preferred Team-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to grow Why Apply?
