High SchoolResponsibilities Full-Cycle AP Processing:
Review, code, and process high-volume vendor invoices with 2-way and 3-way matching in a timely manner.
Payment Processing:
Prepare and perform weekly payment runs via ACH, wire transfers, live checks, and corporate credit cards.
Vendor Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, maintain accurate vendor records, resolve billing discrepancies, and request updated Form W-9s.
Reconciliations:
Reconcile monthly vendor statements, unvouchered PO reports, and credit card expenses.
Month-End Close:
Assist the finance team with month-end closing activities, including accruals, prepaid expense tracking, and AP ledger balancing.
Tax Compliance:
Assist with annual 1099-MISC/1099-NEC preparation and distribution.
Internal Controls:
Ensure adherence to internal accounting controls, approval hierarchies, and company financial policies.
