full-time LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a reputable company. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a busy finance team on a contract basis. This role will focus on billing, collections, and cash applications while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all AR processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Accounts Receivable Specialist (Contract)

Duration:
3-month contract with potential extension
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily invoicing and ensure accurate billing to customers Apply cash receipts, wire transfers, and ACH payments to customer accounts Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding invoices Conduct collections outreach via phone and email in a professional manner Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records Assist with month-end close activities related to AR Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper account resolution
Qualifications:
