AR Clerk | Direct Hire | El Segundo, CA We are partnering with a well-established global manufacturer to identify an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a direct hire opportunity. This is an excellent position for someone with at least a year of accounting experience who is looking to build a long-term career and grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

El Segundo, CA Schedule:
Hybrid - Onsite 1 day per week (Wednesdays)
Compensation:
$54,000-$56,000

Qualifications 1+ year of accounting or accounts receivable experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines Experience with ERP systems is a plus Navision experience is beneficial but not required Responsibilities Process and maintain accounts receivable transactions Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts Research and resolve payment discrepancies Assist with collections and customer account inquiries Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Support month-end close activities related to AR Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processing All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
