full-time Accounts Receivable & Legal Billing Coordinator Fairlawn, OH Direct Hire Hybrid Schedule (2 remote days/week after training)
Salary:
Up to $70,000 DOE Join a respected legal services organization supporting corporate, healthcare, financial, and public-sector clients. We're seeking an experienced professional to manage accounts receivable, legal billing, collections, and client account support. Legal billing, AR, or collections experience preferred Experience with Elite 3E, Aderant, ARCS, or similar systems Familiarity with Legal Tracker, CounselLink, or other eBilling platforms Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills In this role, you'll partner with attorneys and clients to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and exceptional customer service.
