This is a full-time hybrid position in Leawood with some remote capabilities. Responsibilities include responding to billing inquiries from patients and insurance carriers. Working to resolve outstanding balances and insurance issues. Researching credit balances, preparing, and forwarding refunds. This position works closely with front office staff and new patient representatives.
