We have over 50 medical providers practicing out of eight locations (Leawood, Overland Park, Merriam, Shawnee, Lenexa, Belton, Plaza, and Blue Springs). Are you customer driven, enjoy problem solving and have an eye for detail? Come join our team! We're seeking experienced Accounts Receivable Representatives to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid position in Leawood with some remote capabilities. Responsibilities include responding to billing inquiries from patients and insurance carriers. Working to resolve outstanding balances and insurance issues. Researching credit balances, preparing, and forwarding refunds. This position works closely with front office staff and new patient representatives.
