WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Maintain customer account ledgers and ensure accurate posting of AR transactions The AR Specialist will process and apply customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards Reconcile account activity and resolve discrepancies as needed The AR Specialist will prepare daily bank deposits and maintain supporting documentation Generate AR reporting, including collections tracking and updates Support collections efforts and follow up on outstanding balances The AR Specialist will assist with additional accounting tasks and special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE AR SPECIALIST ROLE

3+ years of accounts receivable experience Strong Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills Experience with accounting systems; Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality Ability to work independently within a structured environment
