Job Description

High Country is partnering with a well-established, growing construction services company that has been in business for more than 40 years and operates across multiple states. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and enjoy a hybrid schedule as well as competitive compensation.
Responsibilities:
Set up new construction jobs in the company's ERP system Prepare and submit monthly project billings through email and various digital billing platforms Own billing for an assigned branch or group of project managers Work closely with project managers, general contractors, owners, and customers to resolve billing questions, discrepancies, and rejections Manage each project billing according to the specific requirements of the contractor or end customer Address billing variances and rebills Receive and apply customer payments to invoices Perform soft collections by following up on outstanding receivables, rebills, and open items between billing deadlines Contact customers regarding aged receivables and work toward timely resolution Manage vendor lien waivers when required Maintain accurate billing documentation and records Work collaboratively with project managers and customers to understand requirements and keep billing moving forward
Qualifications:
Construction billing experience required Experience with monthly pay applications and progress billing Familiarity with supporting schedules, lien waivers, payroll documentation, and insurance requirements Experience working directly with project managers, general contractors, owners, or construction customers High-volume service invoicing or collections experience is a plus, particularly when combined with construction billing exposure Experience with an ERP or accounting system
Compensation & Benefits:
$30- $34/hour (Depending on experience) Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days in the office after training Vacation Time Sick time 401(k) with 5% company match after 6 months Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life and disability insurance Additional voluntary insurance options Stable, established company with opportunities to support large-scale construction projects
Pay:
$30.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
