This is an Hourly position. Overview The position will be 100% in-office for the first 6 months minimum. After successfully demonstrating their knowledge and skills, they can work from home for 2 days a week for the next six months. After successfully completing that 6 months, they have the option to work from home 50% of the time on a weekly rotation.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Accounts Payable Processing Clerk Level 1 will be responsible for receiving and processing Purchase Order (PO) and non-PO invoices and check requests in electronic systems. They will process new vendor requests; conduct required compliance checks and accurately enter vendor information into electronic systems. Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School Diploma/ GED.
Experience:
1 year office environment.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
