AP/AR Specialist Salary:
$56,000 – $65,000 Our client is seeking an experienced AP/AR Specialist to join their growing accounting team. Hybrid work environment that promotes flexibility and work-life balance Growing organization with opportunities for professional development and career growth Collaborative and supportive accounting team where your contributions are valued Opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both AP and AR functions Professional environment focused on teamwork, accuracy, and continuous improvement Stable company with continued growth and expansion Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice entry, coding, matching, and payment processing Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, cash applications, and account maintenance Research and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and customer or vendor accounts Reconcile AP and AR accounts and assist with month-end close activities Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding account inquiries and payment issues Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and ad hoc accounting projects Support process improvement initiatives and other accounting functions as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting Ability to independently manage high-volume AP and AR functions, including billing, cash applications, aging, and account reconciliations Experience working with accounting or ERP systems Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Click here to apply online #
