Accounts Receivable Specialist Location:

Newton, MA (Hybrid - 4 days onsite, Mon-Thurs) Overview A fast-growing, private-equity-backed consumer packaged goods (CPG) company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its accounting team. This role will join a strong team and have the opportunity to make an immediate impact. Why This Role Strong work-life balance; no fire-drills or burnout culture Hybrid schedule with Fridays fully remote Free onsite parking Compensation Base salary: $55,000-$65,000 Responsibilities Manage monthly customer billings Maintain accounts receivable aging and lead collections efforts Post and apply daily cash receipts Analyze and process trade deduction adjustments , including: Trade promotions and allowances (discounts, rebates, coupons) Slotting fees Damaged or short goods Operational chargebacks (delivery issues, compliance penalties) Partner cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and improve AR processes Qualifications 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience Experience supporting companies with manufacturing and large retail customers NetSuite experience a plus Strong Excel skills Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment For more information and immediate consideration, email a copy of your resume to KMcCombe@kbwfinancial.com
