Job Description
Accounts Receivable Specialist Salary:
$60,000 – $75,000Location:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts receivable activities including invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations
- Review aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding customer balances
- Investigate and resolve billing issues and account discrepancies
- Maintain accurate customer records and supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end close and reporting related to receivables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements preferred
