Job Description

Accounts Receivable Specialist Salary:
$60,000 – $75,000
Location:
Seabrook, NH (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounts receivable activities including invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations
  • Review aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding customer balances
  • Investigate and resolve billing issues and account discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate customer records and supporting documentation
  • Assist with month-end close and reporting related to receivables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements preferred
