Hybrid Job Summary Value Trucking is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Accounting & Payroll Specialist to join our team in Manor, Texas. This full-time hybrid position is responsible for invoicing, payroll administration, payroll taxes, general accounting, and maintaining accurate financial information. The ideal candidate has two to three years of relevant accounting experience, is fluent in English and Spanish, and can handle confidential financial and employee information professionally. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and send customer invoices accurately and on time. Track outstanding invoices and assist with accounts receivable and collections. Process employee payroll accurately and according to the established schedule. Calculate, file, and maintain records for payroll taxes. Maintain accurate accounting and financial records. Record and categorize company income and expenses. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial transactions. Assist with accounts payable and vendor payments. Prepare financial reports and provide management with up-to-date financial information. Maintain organized documentation for tax filings, audits, and financial reviews. Identify discrepancies and help resolve accounting or billing issues. Protect confidential company, employee, and customer information. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Two to three years of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or related experience. Fluent in English and Spanish. Experience with invoicing, payroll processing, payroll taxes, and financial recordkeeping. Working knowledge of accounting and payroll. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
