PM Monday-Friday Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy Handle payroll and sales tax responsibilities; sales tax experience across all states is a plus Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for daily bookkeeping tasks Manage payroll processes, preferably with Gusto software, which is advantageous Work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Initially trained in the home office, then transition to a hybrid work environment with a separate office entrance

Bookkeeper Requirements:

Experience with bank reconciliations Ability to work proficiently in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) Sales tax experience in all states is a plus Payroll experience, especially with Gusto software, is a plus Capacity to work quickly and accurately under pressure Ability to train in the office before shifting to a hybrid work model System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
