NOW HIRING - PART-TIME QUICKBOOKS BOOKKEEPER

Diamonds Tax is looking for an experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis .

Position:

Part-Time Bookkeeper Experience:

QuickBooks experience required

Schedule:

Part-Time Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks Online Bank and credit card reconciliations Categorize transactions and maintain the Chart of Accounts Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports Review books for accuracy and make necessary adjustments Assist with payroll and sales tax records when needed Communicate with clients regarding missing information and bookkeeping questions Prepare clean and accurate books for tax preparation

Qualifications:

Previous bookkeeping experience required Strong experience with QuickBooks Online Understanding of basic accounting principles Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines Good communication skills Experience working in a tax or accounting office is a plus Part-Time Position If you are interested, please send your resume and your QuickBooks/bookkeeping experience for consideration.
