In this role, you will manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance. Duties Record and process journal entries, debits & credits, and general ledger transactions in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Reconcile bank statements, balance sheets, and accounts receivable/payable to ensure accuracy and completeness Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently using QuickBooks Online. Support technical accounting functions such as bank reconciliation, journal entries, and double-entry bookkeeping processes Experience Proven bookkeeping experience with a strong understanding of accounting software QuickBooks Online Demonstrated knowledge of corporate accounting principles and standards such as GAAP Familiarity with financial concepts including balance sheet reconciliation, account reconciliation, and general ledger accounting Ability to handle payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable management, and bank reconciliations efficiently Strong skills in spreadsheets and financial report writing to support accurate data analysis and presentation Join us if you're organized and looking for a flexible opportunity.
