Job Description Job Description Levo Resources is partnering with a boutique custom furniture manufacturer based in Miami to hire a Bookkeeper. The company designs, sources, and imports custom furniture for hotel and restaurant projects worldwide, managing international vendor relationships and cross-border transactions as part of its core operations. About the Position This role is responsible for the company's core bookkeeping and accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase order generation, and sales order creation. The Bookkeeper will manage vendor payments and client collections across both domestic and international accounts, playing a central role in the company's financial operations as it continues to grow. Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping, including recording transactions and reconciling accounts Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Generate purchase orders and create sales orders Process vendor payments and client collections, domestic and international Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company standards Support the finance function as reporting needs expand with company growth Qualifications Bookkeeping experience, including AP/AR Experience working with merchants, or within a sales and manufacturing environment Manufacturing industry experience preferred, though not required Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage financial transactions independently Based in Miami, with the ability to work a hybrid schedule and maintain regular office access Compensation and Structure $25 to $30 per hour 401K Hybrid schedule based out of the Brickell or Design District area Primarily an accounting and finance function performed remotely, with periodic in-office responsibilities as needed Opportunity to work with a growing company serving hospitality clients worldwide
