Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate financial record-keeping. Duties Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls professionally and efficiently while providing excellent customer support Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to documents and records Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders for team members Support office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and overseeing general administrative functions Prepare spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace productivity software to track financial data and operational metrics Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and managing phone communication with professionalism and courtesy Experience Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a strong emphasis on bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tasks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction in bilingual settings preferred Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required Familiarity with office management procedures, filing systems, and technical proficiency in productivity software Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your skills will directly impact our daily operations! Pay:
$50.67 - $75.37 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
