Resnick & Louis, P.C. is a mid-sized insurance defense law firm with offices across 14 states and headquartered in Scottsdale. We are seeking a full-time Entry-Level Accounting Case Operations Specialist to join our growing team. You will work closely with our accounting department, attorneys, and insurance carriers, contributing to the operational side of accounting case management from opening new matters through final file closeout. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and professional environment. What We're Looking For We are searching for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in getting things done accurately. If you are dependable, motivated, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, this may be a strong fit. Here's what would make you a great candidate:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Comfort working with numbers, systems, and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel experience preferred ( Salesforce a plus )
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of your work Whether you are a recent graduate or have a background in business, accounting, finance, or a related field, we encourage you to apply. Prior experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. What You'll Be Doing As part of the Accounting Case Operations team, you'll:
- Open and set up new matters in billing systems
- Ensure timekeepers are approved and budgets are submitted to carriers
- Track vendor invoices and confirm expenses are finalized
- Assist with final billing and file closeout
- Review accounts for accurate cash application and resolved appeals
