Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage comprehensive accounting functions for our organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of financial record-keeping & ensuring accuracy. Dolphin Creative Promotions is a marketing agency that has been in business since 1993. The company serves clients that manage Fortune 500 brands across packaged goods, travel and hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, marketing services, media, and other sectors. The Bookkeeper role at Dolphin Creative is a full-time, hybrid position based in Skokie, IL Duties Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger accounting to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes Reconcile accounts receivable and payable transactions; manage customer service inquiries related to billing and payments.
