•3 days onsite / 2 days remote

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Perform 2-way and 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts Prepare weekly payment runs, including ACH, checks, and wires Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies Maintain accurate vendor records and assist with new vendor setup Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues Review employee expense reports and corporate card transactions Assist with month-end AP close and accruals Support annual 1099 preparation Partner with purchasing and accounting teams to improve AP processes

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience High-volume AP experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Intermediate Excel skills ERP/accounting system experience Experience with purchase orders and 3-way matching preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Why Consider $25
