Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. This hybrid position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily accounting transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable and accounts receivable processesProcess invoices, payments, and depositsReconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accountsMaintain accurate financial records and documentationAssist with month-end and year-end close activitiesPrepare financial reports and account summariesReview transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepanciesProcess payroll or assist with payroll administration, if applicableSupport budgeting and cash flow trackingCollaborate with internal teams and external accountants as neededQualifications2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experienceProficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar ERP systemsStrong knowledge of AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activitiesIntermediate Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesStrong attention to detail and accuracyAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience in a multi-entity or fast-paced business environmentPayroll processing experienceKnowledge of month-end close proceduresStrong communication and problem-solving skillsBenefitsCompetitive salaryHybrid work scheduleHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchProfessional development opportunies
