Job Description
About the Role Are you a detailed-oriented finance professional who wants your work to make a real-world, eternal difference? We are a mission-driven Christian counseling nonprofit dedicated to providing compassionate, Christ-centered care and emotional healing to individuals and families in our community. We are seeking a Part-Time Accounts Receivable & QuickBooks Online Specialist to join our administrative team. In this role, you will steward our financial resources, ensure seamless billing operations, and support our mission behind the scenes so our clinical team can focus on bringing hope and restoration to those we serve.
Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable:
Manage daily invoicing, client payment processing, and account reconciliations accurately and timely.QuickBooks Online Management:
Maintain clean financial records, categorize transactions, and track accounts receivable aging in QuickBooks Online.Payment Tracking & Follow-up:
Monitor outstanding balances, resolve billing inquiries, and handle sensitive payment follow-ups with grace, empathy, and confidentiality.Reporting:
Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports for management and support annual audit/tax preparations.Collaboration:
Partner with administrative staff and leadership to streamline billing procedures and uphold high financial integrity.Qualifications & Skills Mission Alignment:

Strong proficiency and hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online for accounts receivable and invoicing functions.Relevant Experience:
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or non-profit accounting. Attention toDetail:
High level of accuracy in data entry, financial reconciliations, and record-keeping.Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic manner when communicating with clients.Self-Motivated:
