Real estate bookkeeping experience required. Join a boutique private equity real estate firm and manage financials across a growing portfolio of assets. High ownership, clean systems, and direct exposure to deals and operations. About the Role We are a growing boutique private equity real estate investment firm seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financials across multiple properties and entities. This role is focused on accurate bookkeeping, monthly reporting, and keeping financials organized and up to date. Experience in real estate or property-level accounting is required. Key Responsibilities Maintain books across multiple real estate entities Record and categorize transactions (income, expenses, intercompany) Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Manage accounts payable and receivable Assist with monthly financial reporting Coordinate with CPA for tax filings and year-end close Track cash balances and flag discrepancies Required Experience Real estate, property management, or real estate investment accounting experience Experience working with multiple entities Reviewing or working with property-level financials or reports Understanding of NOI, operating expenses, and property-level budgeting Qualifications 2-5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Experience with accounting software Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and entities Why Join Us Flexible, hybrid work environment, prefer someone in Summit County or Denver/front range.
