Position:
Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist - Assisted Living (Minnesota)
Responsibilities:
Billing for Assisted Living Facilities in Minnesota Manages multiple facilities and multiple payers Posts cash Maintains basic knowledge of computer software and internet applications. Assists in answering resident billing issues. And Private Pay Refunds. Enters and maintains additional individual resident ancillary charges/services provided. Ensures that all proprietary, financial, and resident information is kept confidential. Attends AR meetings and triple-checks. Respect and maintain confidentiality of the office, its records, and restricted information.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of recent billing experience specifically for Minnesota Assisted Living communities. Experience needs to be in Minnesota Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, Medicare and Managed Care Programs. Proficient in PCC Ability to post cash in PCC PCC Trust experience Excel ability to run reports, sort items, etc from PCC. Experience in Inovalon is preferred. Managed Medicaid portals and their navigation.
