Senior Accounts Payable Specialist:
Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, reconcile accounts payable accounts, and resolve accounting discrepancies. Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documentation required for audits. Review financial status and progress, including past due reporting. Analyze reports for weekly bank reporting and cash management. Provide expertise and support to the Finance and Accounting team as well as operational leadership. Develop and maintain systems, procedures, and policies for accounts payable functions. Collaborate with procurement and internal stakeholders on payment terms, vendor relationships, and process improvements. Senior Accounts Payable Specialist:
Three or more years of accounts payable or accounting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas. Functional understanding of the general ledger and accounting principles. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills. Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
