Key Responsibilities:
- + Investigate and resolve vendor chargeback disputes, process credits when applicable, and maintain dispute tracking records.
Qualifications:
- + High School Diploma/GED + 2-4 years' work experience, preferably in Finance or Accounting + Experience in working in a high-volume processing environment + Great communication skills and customer service experience + Knowledge of AP applications on a major computerized system + Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites with an intermediate knowledge of excel
