Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks skills and solid administrative support experience. This role supports daily financial operations and general office tasks to keep our business running smoothly. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks (A/P, A/R, reconciliations, reporting) Process invoices, payments Prepare monthly financial statements Manage vendor communications and maintain files Provide administrative support: data entry, office organization Assist with special projects as needed Qualifications Proven QuickBooks experience (minimum 2 years preferred) Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software
