Responsibilities Perform general ledger accounting tasks including journal entries, account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, and account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records. Assist with disbursing funds on real estate closings including balance sheet reconciliation and financial statement preparation. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis, spreadsheets creation, and report generation. Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable management, journal entries, double-entry bookkeeping, and account reconciliation processes. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while demonstrating strong numeracy skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills combined with effective communication abilities; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
