This role involves managing financial records, supporting administrative functions, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong computer literacy, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth daily operations. Duties Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking. Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks using relevant accounting software. Handle client communication professionally via phone and email, ensuring timely responses and excellent customer service. Assist with general administrative duties such as word processing, document preparation, and filing. Support office operations through effective organization and management of administrative tasks. Use Microsoft Office applications to create reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed. Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and manage calendars to optimize workflow. Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee day-to-day administrative functions. Experience Prior experience in office administration or bookkeeping is preferred. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills for client interaction via phone and written correspondence. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a professional environment. Experience with office software or accounting programs is advantageous but not mandatory.
