This is an onsite, full‑time role for someone who is confident managing the books and navigating the day‑to‑day office workflow with minimal supervision. You'll be trusted to keep the financial side of the business running smoothly while the owner is in the field. This role is ideal for someone who understands how an office functions, can figure things out on their own yet knows how to seek help when necessary, and thrives in an environment where they are not micromanaged. What You'll Do Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Invoicing Process Payroll and all payroll tax filings. Prepare and submit sales tax and other required employer tax reports. Complete bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain and manage company data in QuickBooks Pro Plus Desktop Communicate with customers and vendors as needed. Support general office tasks (phones, emails, document prep) What You Bring Strong QuickBooks Desktop experience (required) Ability to run the books and office workflow independently. Comfortable working without micromanagement or daily supervision. Excellent organization, accuracy, and follow‑through. Professional communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Reliable transportation and consistent onsite availability

Bonus Experience:

Experience in landscaping, construction, trades, or seasonal service industries would be great but not required! Turf Master Inc. provides landscaping services, materials, equipment, and dumpster rentals from spring through fall, and transitions to snowplowing and winter product sales from fall through early spring. Our business moves quickly, and we need someone dedicated and dependable that we can rely on to keep financial and office operations running smoothly year‑round.
