• 3 or more years experience needed to handle all facets of the accounts payable process.
• Use QuickBooks and basic Excel.
• Process a high volume of vendor invoices.
• Reconcile accounts; monitor aging to ensure on time payments.
• Manage & document ACH wire transfers.
• Assist with special projects.
