Charleston, SC Fully Onsite Assignment:
October 12, 2026 - April 9, 2027 Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to provide temporary support to an accounting and administrative team. This position will perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties, process invoices and purchase orders, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with day-to-day administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Perform bookkeeping and accounting support, including posting data and maintaining financial records Prepare and process invoices, statements, and billing documentation Verify billing data for accuracy and research and correct discrepancies Process purchase orders and assist with procurement activities Maintain accurate records of costs, purchases, and amounts due Provide administrative support including phones, project setup, submittals, and document management Assist with general office and accounting department tasks as needed Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and other business contacts Ensure records and transactions are entered accurately and in a timely manner Qualifications 1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience QuickBooks experience highly preferred General administrative experience Procurement or purchase order experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to accurately enter and maintain financial information Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Work Schedule and Environment Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Fully onsite, 5 days per week Temporary assignment from October 12, 2026 through April 9, 2027 $25.00 / hr Prof23
