• Accounts Payable/Receivable

• Location:

• Florence, SC

• Schedule:

• Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Pay:

• $20/hour

• Travel:

• Up to 2 times per year (up to 6 days per trip for conferences)

• What You'll Do:

• + Receive and process invoices via mail, email, and fax (high-volume environment ~400/day!

) + Maintain accurate records of all invoices received + Answer incoming calls and assist with problem invoices + Input invoices into digital workflow systems and ensure accuracy + Perform internal control checks to ensure no invoices are missed + Process invoices in LBMX system, including research when needed + Conduct root cause analysis for missing invoices to protect rebates/discounts + Reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve discrepancies + Communicate with vendors and dealers regarding invoices, disputes, and payments

• What We're Looking For:

• + Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) + 1-2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Outlook + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Flexibility to be cross-trained and support multiple functions as needed •Why Join Olsten Staffing?
