We're looking for an Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team. No boring cubicle-drone energy here we want someone curious, dependable, and eager to learn. What You'll Do Help manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities

• front end collections for the 30 day notices Process funding transactions and maintain accurate records Perform bank reconciliations and track down discrepancies Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks Work with spreadsheets, reports, and accounting systems Support month-end processes and financial organization Keep financial information organized, accurate, and confidential Collaborate with a supportive team that likes helping each other. What We're Looking For Associate's degree in accounting required Recent grads encouraged to apply Strong attention to detail (yes, the little things matter here) Comfortable with Excel and learning new software Organized, reliable, and willing to ask questions Positive attitude and professional communication skills Someone who enjoys solving problems and keeping things balanced Bonus Points If You Have Internship or accounting/bookkeeping experience Experience with QuickBooks or accounting software Interest in financial services, trusts, or business operations What You'll Get Hands-on training and mentorship Opportunity to grow your accounting career We believe work should help you grow professionally and personally.
