Assistant, Accounting

This position is responsible for providing assistance to the accounting function of accounts payable consistent with the CRMC mission and vision. This position is responsible for inputting invoices into the hospital system for payment. This position is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. This position also relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This person is expected to act with independent judgment within the sphere of expertise. High School Diploma required Minimum one year of accounts payable or clerical experience preferred. Experience and basic knowledge of computer software including word processing; ability to learn new software quickly. Must possess ability to work well under pressure and to function independently and dependently. Demonstrates physical capabilities consistent with pressure to meet deadlines and expectations.
