Overview Currently our client, an automotive manufacturing company, is looking for an Accounts Receivables Clerk Specialist. 【Position】Accounts Receivables Clerk Specialist 【Location】Morrison, TN 【Compensation】$50,000 / year (Profit sharing bonus available after the 2nd year; Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision insurance, and 401(k)) 【Schedule】Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM 【Hiring Style】Direct hiring / Full-time Responsibilities Manage accounts receivables daily operations and assist in AR reporting. Provide weekly AR reviews and handle unapplied cash/customer payments. Facilitate the circulation and approval of customer debit memos. Handle invoice aging and match invoices to payments. Retrieve zero pricing in LN ERP system. Support cost reduction initiatives and manage intercompany billings and reconciliation. Prepare sales and cost recognition worksheets. Compile and report parent company invoices for payment. Match, analyze, and report vendor/customer retro payments. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications 1 to 2 years of Accounts Receivable (AR) experience is required. Experience in the manufacturing industry is required. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Experience with LN ERP system, database software, or payroll software is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and planning skills with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with managers, clients, and customers. Strong basic mathematical skills (computations, rates, ratios, percentages, and bar graph interpretations). Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 25 lbs occasionally.
