The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing and managing accounts payable, preparing financial reporting including a Trial Balance, processing and managing payroll, performing account reconciliation and balancing, and managing all general bookkeeping tasks. Additional duties include entering and resolving journal entries and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the company's general ledger and ensure accurate financial record keeping. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliation and balancing. Process and manage all accounts payable Manage company payroll processing, including all necessary deductions and disbursements. Prepare and file quarterly payroll tax reports (e.g., 941s). Prepare and generate monthly financial reports, including Balance Sheet, Income and Expense Statements, and Trial Balance, for management review. Assist external accountants with year end preparation and tax filings. Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships. Handle various administrative duties as required to support the brokerage and property management teams. Qualifications Required Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements Experience with managing journal entries and maintaining accurate accounting records Strong background in bookkeeping and processing payroll taxes Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and effectively manage deadlines Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter detailing their relevant experience and expertise with QuickBooks and Excel.
