Job Description

Orgill is seeking an individual who serves as Data Entry Clerk. Someone who enters data through an electronic keyboard to process a variety of business and statistical data sources of a routine nature.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Key invoice data as prepared in batches by A/P Specialists in a timely manner. Ensure data that was keyed is accurate on the edit report Record and release batches after validation of data. Prep the invoices for scanning by removing all foreign objects Verify scanned documents were uploaded accurately in Meta Viewer May be asked to perform other duties as needed for the team. Will cross train with AnyDoc desk as backup. Will cross train on the AP admin desk.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent 10 key and data entry skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office:
Excel, Word, Outlook. Close attention to detail. Accuracy of work. Ability to work well with others. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to respond quickly and effectively to uncertainty and constant changes in technology.
