Become an accounting clerk and secure immediate weekly pay with a highly flexible schedule. Your responsibilities

Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and matching them with purchase orders and receiving documents before inputting data into the general ledger
Assist with processing customer payments, preparing bank deposits, and ing cash receipts accurately to the customer sub-ledger
Perform basic bank statement and general ledger reconciliation tasks under the supervision of the accounting manager
Accurately file and maintain all financial records, ensuring audit-readiness and adherence to internal control procedures
Quickly learn new chart of accounts, accounting software (erp), and client financial procedures for various short-term mandates.
