We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This position reports directly to management and will be responsible for the oversight and processing of various accounting functions within the company.

Responsibilities:

Record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Track inventory purchases and maintain inventory balances Process vendor invoices Enter customer invoices and track outstanding receivables Monitor customer and vendor balances Track expenses and identify discrepancies or unusual transactions Maintain organized electronic and physical accounting records Work with management, vendors, customers, and outside accountants as needed Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Experience processing, documenting, and tracking accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Proficient with Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Distribution or food/beverage experience is a plus Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values precision, transparency, and continuous growth!
