Pay:

$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Job Type:

Full-Time We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk . This is a great opportunity for someone with office, accounting, bookkeeping, or data entry experience who enjoys working with numbers and staying organized.

Responsibilities:

Enter and process invoices Check invoices for accuracy Enter payments and vendor credits Reconcile vendor accounts Follow up with vendors regarding invoices and credits Help resolve invoice and purchase order issues Process inventory returns Answer phone calls and emails Perform data entry and general office duties Help with day-to-day Accounts Payable tasks

Qualifications:

Previous Accounts Payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or office experience preferred Good computer and data entry skills Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Organized and dependable Able to work well independently and as part of a team

Pay:

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
