In this energetic role, you will support the accounting department by managing essential clerical and administrative tasks that keep our financial processes running smoothly. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive attitude will help ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient workflow. Responsibilities Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments Support bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and financial reporting activities Handle front desk duties including answering multi-line phone systems, greeting visitors, and managing office communications Organize and file financial documents, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval for audits or reviews Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and productivity software Strong data entry skills with high accuracy; experience with spreadsheets and word processing tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients and team members Demonstrated office management experience including front desk operations and calendar management Exceptional phone etiquette, customer support skills, and client communication abilities Technical proficiency in computer literacy, file management, proofreading, and clerical tasks Prior office experience with a focus on administrative support or personal assistant roles is highly valued Time management skills that enable prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines efficiently Embark on a rewarding career journey where your organizational talents and technical skills will shine.
