Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate should be efficient, accurate, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Desktop QuickBooks is preferred , along with a strong ability to stay organized and maintain financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and maintain financial transactions in desktop QuickBooks Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices for consistency Reconcile accounts payable and resolve any discrepancies Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is current and organized Assist with month-end reports and financial data reviews Communicate with vendors regarding billing questions or issues Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Data Entry Desktop QuickBooks experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Highly organized and able to manage time effectively Clear and professional communication skills Basic understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting is a plus
