Growing practice with over 1,200 five-star patient reviews Digital dentistry and modern technology Implant dentistry and advanced surgical procedures Cosmetic dentistry and smile makeovers Clear aligner orthodontic treatment Continuing education and professional growth opportunities A team-first environment where everyone contributes and is respected What You'll Do Manage dental accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding insurance claims Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) accurately Submit, track, and appeal insurance claims when necessary. Post insurance payments and adjustments correctly. Send patient statements and assist with patient account questions. Communicated with insurance companies regarding claim status, denials, and outstanding balances. Maintain accurate patient insurance information and account records. Work closely with the front office and clinical team to ensure timely claim processing and reimbursement. Answer phones Who We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of dental insurance billing experience preferred. Stong understanding of PPO dental insurance plans and claim processing. Ability to confidently read and interpret EOBs. Experience managing dental accounts receivable. Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix experience is a plus). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Stong communication and problem-solving abilities.
