Join our team as a Transaction Clerk where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate payment processing and invoicing for our valued customers. This position requires excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various departments and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities What you will do Process transactions accurately and in a timely manner Ensure transactions are ready for posting and address issues preventing posting Provide prompt follow-up on outstanding issues with purchases and shipments Provide support to other team members, including cross-training and other general office duties.
