Job Requirements Handle accounting functions , including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping using Sage . Prepare parts quotations and accurately enter customer orders, including specific part numbers, quantities, pricing, and specifications. Work closely with engineers, customers, and vendors to clarify technical specifications, product requirements, and order details. Manufacturing experience, particularly with pumps, valves, industrial equipment, or similar products , is strongly preferred.
